These terms apply when you use aurovol.com, download or run the Aurovol EA software, or buy or claim a licence. By doing any of these you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.
1. What Aurovol EA is
Aurovol EA is trading software (an Expert Advisor) for MetaTrader 4 and 5. It places trades on your own trading account according to fixed rules and the settings you choose. We are not a broker, we do not hold or manage your money, and we do not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing on our website, Telegram, TikTok or in our emails is a recommendation to trade.
2. Risk
Trading gold, forex and CFDs with leverage carries a high risk of loss. Aurovol EA adds larger positions when price moves against a basket, and a strong one-way move can cause a large loss, including the loss of your whole deposit. Past results, backtests, live streams and examples do not guarantee future results. You decide whether to use the software, which account and broker to use, how much to deposit and which settings to run, and you are solely responsible for your trading results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Leveraged trading may be restricted where you live; it is your responsibility to check it is legal for you.
3. Licences
- Demo trial: the EA runs free on a demo account for 7 days from its first use on that account.
- Free licence: available when you open a live account through our partner link with an eligible broker. It covers one trading account and stays valid while that account remains under our link and in good standing.
- Paid licences (Pro and Unlimited): a one-time payment for a lifetime licence for the stated number of accounts, including future updates of Aurovol EA.
- A licence is personal to you. You may not share, resell, rent or publish your licence key or the EA files, or try to copy, decompile, modify or bypass the licence check.
- We may suspend or cancel a licence that is shared, misused, obtained by fraud or charged back, without refund.
4. Payment
Paid plans are paid once in USDT (TRC20). Prices are shown on our website and may change; the price you pay is the one shown when you pay. Your licence is activated after we confirm the payment. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. The software and the service
The software is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or that the licence server, website, broker, internet connection, VPS or MetaTrader will always be available. Settings, features and versions may change. You are responsible for installing updates, choosing a suitable VPS and broker, and monitoring your account.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the software or website. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for your licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Third parties
Brokers, payment networks, VPS providers and other services are independent companies. Your relationship with them is governed by their own terms. We may receive a referral fee from partner brokers when you open an account through our links.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: [email protected] or on Telegram (@aurovoladmin).
